A resident that lives on the second floor started a fire by throwing a cigarette butt that was still lit into his trash can out on his back patio.
The office and maintenance staff were on the scene before the fire department and the man that started the fire is in serious trouble.
The fire was started outside on the patio, thank God,it was only minor and the only damage inside was from water. The office had already called the construction to be out first thing Monday to start the work. I know because I talked to two of them.
This is the second time a fire has started due to a resident not being responsible and the staff is getting a bum rap. They are the first on the scene. I took pics today of the residents hugging the staff, they have been through so much. I also have a picture of the man that caused the fire. I'm sure that he is in big trouble.
Hey, I just read the last two notes that some idiots wrote. This is what I have to say to you. First, get your facts straight. Second, have the balls, sorry ladies that read this, to put down who you are. Only cowards won't sign their name. And finally, if you think it is so bad living here. MOVE! We don't want you losers here anyway. From your dates, you just moved in 2003 - 2003. So you do not know what the hell you're talking about. I have lived here for 12 years and I have never met a more caring staff. Just try looking at other properties, my friends that have and then moved here was because of the reception that they got when they came into thisv office. They said that before they came here, they had stopped in down the street and when they walked into the Marabella's office, everyone pretended to be busy and they had to ask to get waited on. So here's my question, do you rally live here or are you a disgruntled employee that was fired last year because you were causing trouble. This staff has been here a long time and they won't tolerate losers. Or are you their competitor trying to slander them.
Regardless, you're a loser and you need to leave these caring people alone. And I will sign my name because I'm not a coward like you. And I intend on staying here and getting the residents that love this place and believe you me there are plenty to write into this sorry website and tell you idiots off and what they really think.
