Chaparral Creek Apartments

They are nice until you move out and then overcharge you for damages From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/15/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I lived there for a year, the staff was fairly friendly and no major problems, but several power outages for no reasons and a couple of fires, but when i moved out they tried to charge me like 800 dollars for damages. The apt. was left in pretty good shape, not perfect, but not 800 dollars, so beware of them loving you until you move out and then screwing you.
