You will get screwed here!

The apartment staff seemed friendly enough while we were there, although the maintenance staff was neglectful and awfully rude. We enjoyed our apartment, but the near $200 electric bills, $50 water bills (2 people, no washer/dryer), trash on the ground, and clothes being stolen from the public laundry room just about did us in. When we moved out we were WAY overcharged for damages that were from normal wear and tear. Take my advice - move further north in Las Colinas to apartments near the lake.
