it's not perfect but what is' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/7/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   cons: some reported car burglaries. rats in the winter. older apt. more maintenance needs. staff so/so attitude. its cable unless you face south. utilities are higher than most. pros: the size of apt. is nice. pretty quite. like the trees. good location. they pick-up your trash 3x a week. we're pretty happy with it. Its an apartment after all, if you find one you just love let us know cause I don't know anybody that has ever been completely satisfied with one. btw, they will change your air filters but you have to call them to do it, they don't just come by to check them.
