I don't understand why so many people are upset. I have not had one problem with maintenance or the office staff. They are very efficient and courteous. Yes the property is old and that is probably why the rooms are so spacious. My lease is up for renewal and I will renew with no hesitation. Sure there is crime, we live in area of one of the cities in the country. I recommend this property highly..
