Hope you like $200 dollar electric bills in a 1 bedroom

My main beef with this place were the electric bills. The highest was $240 and the lowest we got was $140. We were in the 800 sq ft one bedroom. Our new apartment we're in now is about the same size and our first bill was $75. I've also never had a complex that had to do so many repairs, every month they had to come in and fix stuff, update wiring, you name it. They always left a mess, they had to cut holes in the walls to update wiring and the left all the mess for us to clean up. There was also some kind of smell that would come through the ac, it was horrible. They said they couldn't do anything about the smell, it was just coming from the building and we needed to deal with it. There is also a safety issue, the gates are a joke and some of the people in the complex are a little shady. I would not recommend anyone to move into this complex. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
