After reading many reviews regarding Chaparral Creek it has come to my opinion that most of the negative comments must have been written by past residents that caused problems and/or were just fools in taking care of their apartment or understanding a lease agreement. I have lived there almost 2 years and have loved the place. My apt. is very large with a good price! It is beautiful and the office staff has been great everytime I needed something or had a question. Get a life you fools!!! It's sounds like the property is better off without residents like you!

I bet this review was written by Megan or Brandie. This is exactly the way they talk to people. Read my review - this is exactly what I said. They try to get rid of certain residents by been rude.
