Chaparral Creek Apartments

Not a complete dump From: ChaparralResident Date posted: 4/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2005   Chaparral Creek has it good points and bad points as with any Apartment Community. As far as the fires, I am not convinced they were the sole resonsibility of the property. As far as their age, well I would rather live in a community with a little charm and class then these newly constructed properties that attract young people that have a lack of respect for their neighbors and the community. As far as the staff, well the leasing people are great- extremely helpful. Upper management, from the assistant on up- well that is sometimes a completely different story. All in all I would recommend Chaparral Creek to anyone. I enjoy living here and I plan to renew my rental agreement.
