I lived at Chaparral from Jan-Sept and had no major problems. I got a really great deal on my one bedroom. The day I moved in (middle of Jan) my heater didn't work. A Maintenance man came around 10 pm to fix it. My garbage disposal broke one day and I filed an order with the office, the next business day it was fixed. Neighbors were ok, every now and then I would be woken up by blasting techo music. It wasn't all too bad of a living experience, although the fitness center is a joke! My biggest complaint though is when my lease was up my rent went up $200!! That is rediculous!! This is a "gated community" but the gate was never down.
