I was all over this website, reading reviews and it seems everyone gloats or tears it up . . . very little "objective" valuable info.

Been here a short time, have had many maintenance needs. I say needs because plumbing, alarm, electrical are not nitpick issues. Office staff does all the proper chin music, sends someone out quickly, but it either never gets fixed or they say "will be back" and nobody shows up.

Place is old, so walls, cabinets, blinds, etc are very "used." But, for the money you cannot beat the size and location. That is why I am still here. I am also very handy and fixed the electrical and plumbing myself.

For what it is worth, I am also a landlord, who rents out houses (I stay in an apartment to save money to buy other units).

Take everything everyone says with a grain of salt, as your mileage may very. You could move here and have the best maintenance ever.
