Are you still feeling that way after getting your first electric bill? Have you had to request repairs yet?

Yeah.. Im not even going to lie.. 4 to 5 months of having a nearly $300 electric bill did dash my spirits a little, but I still think it is over all a great apartment. I would, however, not recommend it to a friend who is strapped for cash. I wonder if they can do anything to better ensulate them.
