It's OK! From: sexydst8 Date posted: 7/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007 1 response   For the price & the area the apts are OK. I have not had any major issues. I am disappointed that the gates were never fixed that is one reason that I chose to move here. The gym is subpar. I am not happy that the rent is going up $50 (1yr) $130 (6mo) $245 (month to month). I think those prices increases are ridiculous. And they are also charging a $9 month waste removal fee. I would rather just take out my own garbage. I never go to the office so I would not know much about the staffs attitude. I just pay my rent & keep it moving. Oh I was kind of upset that I was told that I could not have a wedding @ the pool. I was not happy w. that because the yr before that a couple had their wedding @ the pool so I was wondering why could I not. I was paying for it. So who knows ... Who cares. I think Renting sucks & I would rather have my own house. But I am not in the situation right now. So if you want to live in Las Colinas in a nice area that is not too expensive these apts are OK!
