This property is older and you will be able to tell, however the landscaping is very pretty and they've maintained the apartments decently. The area is quiet for the most part, and for the price it is a good value. You will see rats on occasion because of the creeks. The laundry facilities and work out center are not very good. However, all of these things can be tolerated. What I have found to be most disturbing about the complex is the customer service, or lack there of rather. When dealing with the leasing office you have about a 50/50 chance of having a good experience. Lisa is especially helpful and very nice! Natalie Fuller (who I guess is the manager) is very rude. I found her to be quite unprofessional and inappropriate at times. She was very pretentious and someone should give her some training on how to treat current and potential residents. Unfortunately, I have had to deal with her on more than one occasion. The owner of the complex would be wise to rethink some of his staff. Maintenance seems to be somewhat incompetent, however I am speaking from just my experience with them. Bottom line, the property is ok but the staff is such a pain to deal with you might as well keep on driving.

I have never had a bad experience with Natalie or any of the other staff. They have always been kind and reasonable. Maybe you should move. Your probably an unreasonable jerk. And if your going to sling mud, why don't you post YOUR name.
