I lived at Chaparral Creek for 6 months and found it to be great. When my husband and I first moved in, we noticed a window was cracked. We called at about 5pm that evening. At 10am the next morning, someone was there to replace the broken window. The complex is very quiet and I always felt very safe. My only gripe with the apartment was that it is old, and because of such, sometimes the doors do not line up with the frame or the lock, and the doors and cabinets have been painted over many times and the paint is thick. The insulation was good, and the only thing I ever heard from my neighbors was the water pipes coming on when they were taking a shower.

I thorougly enjoyed my stay at Chaparral Creek. Management was nice and very helpful always. Parking was ample and I never saw a security issue there. The scenery was beautiful and the pool very clean. All in all, a great place to stay and great space for the money.
