Been there and couldn't leave fast enough!

WAY TOO MUCH in & out traffic.......People coming to an Apt. and leaving within minutes and on and on with the "visitors".

Check Irving Police logs for verification

Property is OK, Maintenance is tolerable if you can communicate with them, and the office staff was NEVER friendly. I NEVER felt like a customer at any time when I had business with that office!
