I have lived here for almost 2 years and I have to say that overall I would recommend this complex to a friend. With any apartment renting, things are not going to be prefect and with that said this complex does its best to make the environment as welcoming as possible. The plus about these apartments is that they have great sq. footage for the price and there are trees and creeks everywhere which make the living very peaceful. Yeah, the walls can be thin and neighbors above bounce around everywhere but that is what you get with every apartment and it is just unavoidable, at least that has been my experience. They have recently made managers changes and the people in the office are not ever the same, but hey they get the job done in a timely manner. I have had my problems but they have always been taken care of. The one true complaint I have is that they advertise that they are a closed/gated community and for as long as I have lived there I have never seen the front gate closed. I have asked for that to be addressed many of times but have obviously been ingorned and seen a "rent a cop" partol the entry. Overall not that bad of a place to live especially in Las Colinas where the prices can soar.
