I'm starting my 2nd year on the property and really like it here. The grounds are well-maintained and the staff is always willing to help. Management changed a few times this year, but I am happy to say Casey, Brandi, Mai and Amber are terrific! And Cesar, Rickey, Alex and the entire maintenance crew are really great too! I am disappointed to see the negative reviews because my experience has been very positive. It is a quiet area with lots of trees...perfect for pet lovers!

hmmm, this suspiciously sounds like an employee of the complex. alittle too positive - i've lived here for over a year, and don't know EVERY employees name due to the lack of 'customer service'...especially how to properly spell each name. plus, if you've lived here, one of the first things you mention is the high electricity bills! no mention of that leaves this review suspect. i left a review up a few months ago; i recommended this complex, but it's not perfect or 'very positive', despite some reviews.

We all have our own perception of reality. Mine happens to be very positive because that's just the way I am. I also make an effort to know my neighbors, and those people 'in my world'. Agree with you the bills are high but lets face it, the property is THIRTY YEARS OLD. I knew that when I moved here. I am a long-time homeowner with no previous experience in apartment living. However I know alot about building conditions and understand the limitations of the staff. I am simply not one to ----- about things beyond control. The rent is reasonable, I feel safe, the grounds are always neat, and the utilities are high. I could move to a newer property, pay much higher rent, utilities might be lower, and there's fewer mature trees to attract birds. For me, its a win-win deal and the funny thing is...I rented this apartment sight unseen! And no, I am not an employee but I am a huge Sooner fan with a sweet Golden Retriever. And we like it here very much.

BS. Yes, nice partments. Yes, nicely maintained. Yes, prices are reasonable. Yes, place is beautiful. No the staff is not nice. Very Rude. Sooner Chick, you sound like some one who sees the good in people. I am someone that sees the good in people. I have never said anything negative about another human being. But I am going out of my way to say the staff here is rude, and have no business working at such a nice apartment complex.
