I am one resident who happens to LOVE the cool cat who always greets me upon my return home! I love it that pets are so welcome here! I love seeing folks walking their doggies. The grounds are great, the maintenance staff is really NICE--I love them even if they mess up a little now and then--we are ALL only human and they are always willing to give it another go! These guys will go the extra mile to help you, say if you need something hung on the wall waaaaaaay high up in your loft or when you lock your elf out of your car...

Have some mirth you people who were mean about the quaint neighbors, the maintenance crew, and the nice cattie who likes to come scratching at your door late at night (do NOT make the mistake of feeding him tuna and maybe he'll leave you alone). These things are part of what makes an apartment complex a home.

Yes, the front office staff has been supremely rude and not-so-helpful in the past but there is a new manager and she seems to really be trying to make things kinder and gentler. I am happy here and confident/hopeful that the front office people will be nicer under the leadership of a friendly and helpful new manager.

Note: In a small loft expect $130-$180 in electricity bills per month and that's with being VERY frugal--thermostat 86 during the day when gone/78 when home.
