I have lived here for about 18 months and have had no major problems. Yes, the leasing staff can be a little forgetful but for the most part they get stuff done. I live in the "older" section towards the pond at the back and I have never had any major problems with things breaking or "huge" electric bills. I live in the 1 bed/ 1.5 bath loft style apartment (1000 sqft), I use TXU energy and keep my apartment between 75-80 and my bill has never been above $140. If you are responsible with your thermostat you should have no trouble keeping your bills down. Maintenance has always gotten things done the first time I ask. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, I always see guys driving around and picking up trash. I like that it is close to everything, only 15 minutes from uptown, ft. worth, or plano. It's a nice place, and can I just say that no one lives in an apartment complex because of the leasing staff. SO get over the leasing staff and their flaws, they are just people. For the money, this is a good place to live and I have been super satisfied so far.

I signed 3 leases while living there and my rent went up $50.00/mo per siginging. I was also promised new appliances, since I had lived there for so long, if I signed my lease early. I signed my lease early and never received any upgrades I was promised. Obviously, I no longer live there.

Would you mind telling how much of a rent increase you were hit with when resigning your rental agreeement?

I resigned my lease and negotiated no increase. My suggestion is to have a friend call and ask for lease prices because those listed online are different than those they give
