I really enjoy it here so far. I have had no issues with any of the leasing staff. Compared to some of the other places I've been, I'll take these girls any day. At least it's not a new crew every 5 months. As for the apartment, the location is excellent and the property itself is very cozy because of all of the trees. For what you get, it is well worth the money.

Your OBVIOUSLY a guy with that "...these girls..." comment. I'm sure they're pretty easy to deal with, AND easy on the eyes, if you're a male! And you obviously not been there very long...they went through 3 sets of management in my 12 month stint at the place. Oh, and since you haven't been there very long, we'll see how "well worth the money" you think it is when you get your May - September light bill!

I actually have been there through the summer months, and through the management changes. two of the three "people" there have been in the office for the past year. try finding that at another complex. and who cares what the hell a leasing staff looks like?? It's not like I am taking them to meet my family. As long as they don't annoy me, and get my stuff fixed when it breaks, they can look like bigfoot for all I care.

LOL, I lived there for 3.5 years and I can't even begin to tell you how many different people worked in that office. Everytime I went (because things were always breaking or not working, etc.) in the office I met someone new. And I'm not just saying this....they are much friendlier to the men in the complex than the women. I know this because I have men friends that live there.

Would you mind telling what size apt. you're in and what your electric bills have been? Also, did you get hit with a big rent increase as well when re-signing your lease?
