I was in love with Chaparral Creek from the beginning. I love the floor plans. The staff was very friendly and helped with anything I had questions on. The neighbors that lived around us were rarely seen by me. There were no children on my side(I think I just lived in the no children zone). The apartments are older which did play a part in our poorly working air conditioning unit (which the maintenance man did come repair at 11pm -thank you. Unfortunately due to the poor insulation, we have experienced obscene electricity bills. Other than that, there has been an ant issue that has not been resolved. There was something (I won't say rat) living in our walls. The pest man came to "smoke it out" but I still heard noises. I am a very positive person and don't like to complain and this is my honest report on the complex. But it's true, you can't be completely satisfied every where that you live. I enjoyed my stay for what it was. I wouldn't necessarily recomend someone move there though. I just think someone else can offer better satisfaction.

Corporate Office you need to read this: This apartment complex is located on O'connor road in las colinas. This is the most beautiful area by far. You need to take control of this complex since your leasing agents aren't doing a good job. Maybe you need to change things around, hire real professionals to do the right job. With all honesty, read all the nasty reviews that are posted on this website. When are you going to realize that you need to make changes? I agree with the review 100%
