I was already having problem while moving into this aparment. They wouldnt give me the right date to move in , didnt have time to find another apartment. Unfortunately I had to move in. it has been 3 months Ive moved and Im still having problem with the management. The management here are the most unprofessional people ive ever seen. They are still trying to make money of me from the move in special they gave me the 1st month. They are saying I havent paid my rent for the 1st month which is ridiculous as if they would let me in without paying my rent.
they are always up with something to bother you harass you and waste your time. They got nothing to do in the office. After moving in, the floor plan which I have loved in the 1st place I realised its not that great at all.
Apartment has some funny smell..and the walls are not even straight.
Worst apartment complex. Dont make the same mistake I did, the reviews here are tru and real. Find ureself a home not a trap hole like this.
Chaparral creek sucks. BIG TIME.

I lived there about a year ago and I was there for a year and a half. I loved my apartment and the grounds and my neighbors. I thought maintenance was good, I never had issues or heard about any theft, the electric bills are really high and the staff REALLY UPSET me on my move out. However, if you read reviews for other apartments it seems the staff is always everyones number one concern. If the apartments are still the way they were 1 yr ago I would totally recommend moving there. Just budget more for utilities because they will be very high.

Contact the leasing office to turn your apartment into LNG Unit. What that means is they will convert your apartment to utilize natural gas and in the long run you will save. You'll have to extend your lease for 10 years but if your happy it's worth it.

I find the staff to be very pleasant as they are listening to my call or request. But as soon as I am out of site or off the phone.....they have forgotten our entire conversation. I have to request maint several times before someone will show up. I have yet to have my maint issue resolved the first time maint comes out. I cannot understand why the same maint staff stays. They are AWFUL. They never seem to know how to fix anything. I just moved out in august. I lived there for 4 years. It seems the first two were very pleasant. Th last two seemed to get worse each month. I was very glad to leave. On a POSITIVE NOTE- The floor plans and the grounds and the upgrades are very nice!!!!

I have been trying to get the apartment..its been more than a week now..I still havent received any confirmation..they have already took my admin fee and my deposit..if I call them they dont answer neither call back. I can understand how they treat their existing tenants if they are so unprofessional to their prospective tenant. I like the floor plan thats the only reason I wanted to move.. but the way they are treating me, they have wasted enough of my time..i have to move in 4days have to transfer my utilities and they havent yet confirmed if the apt will be ready..and its too late..I am freaking out..how can I get everything done in the last day..they dont call, if i call they dont respond im tired of it..I dont want to move to this place nomore honestly..I wish they would give me my money back..I have no choice than to renew my old lease..they are atleast much better than chaparral creek. Not recommended to anyone..seriously not worth the trouble..ive been wasting so much of my time. Im sick and tired.
