Plumbing has not worked well in my babies downstairs bathroom since my family has left 3 months ago its never worked plus the cracks in my stairwells walls have never been fixed and water comes down the wall. KC the old manager came over with the fix it man and they said they would correct the sheet rock but I asked them to wait to wait until my baby Aala was born. I went to the office in late July and the pretty manager said she would research and call me. I waited for a call until now. I still never got a phone call I went to office and the girls told me to wait for the manager and I waited for the Manger, I waited for a hour then Daniele told me to come back she was to occupied on a call with New York for budgets (does New York pay rent''''' );. That s why I m on this web site my neighbor told me about: We used to get things fixed now we never see any body from the management that cares. I called the office a year ago in November and told them about my upstairs neighbor s dog that urinated on my porch swing she was over here the next day: Boy do we miss that kind of hospitably Chaparral Creek is ideal place to live if things were the way they used to be well I would still be happy.; This is coming from a resident of 9 years and seen a lot of people come and go thank God KC only made me sign a 10 month lease.
