My husband and I moved in here in May of 2000. We thought we were getting a great deal on a very nice apt in a nice, safe and clean neighborhood! Well, the others are true, but the nice apt is not......our apartment has flooded four times in less than two years.......normally I would be understanding about "acts of God" but this is due to a faulty drain system that they have been aware of since the first flood. I have had to replace hundreds of dollars worth of property, couldn?t live in my house for several days and they have yet to ask what they can do to make it any better.....overall I would say this place looks great with an average price, but not worth the headache.........maybe if you live on a different side of the building. I am now updating this on 10/21/02 and my house has flooded for the 5th time and I am moving....be sure you know what you are getting into with this...we are now on the 3rd manager that I know of since i Have been here for 2.5 years and there does not seem to be any good changes in the future.
