First off the apt was not even cleaned when we moved AT ALLLLLLLLLLL. Then no heat for a week,water goes out no notice is sent out. If you move here good luck getting anything accomplished the mangement has the education of a 5 yr old literally

they don't necessarily control water/heat/etc. usually your utility companies do. And, if you're bills aren't on time, or whatever, they shut it off. Or, if there's storms, the utility companies are the ones taking their sweet time and making your life unhappy. So, was it really the apartments? Anything more for grounds to not live there, aside from incompetent mgmt?
