Colinas Pointe Apartments

Colinas Pointe is a nice place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I like my apartment at Colinas Pointe. My moving in experience was a bad one, our apartment wasnt ready on the day promised, my moving truck was in the parking lot and we had to move in anyway. Management has chanced since wee moved in, for the better I might add. I like these apartments because they are quiet. The only time I ever hear any noise is on the weekends when kids tend to play in the courtyards. If you like a quiet environment this is the place for you. I reccomend getting an apartment that is on high ground and not a unit that is toward the bottom of the courtyard. When it rains water drains down the slope and there can be quite a bit of standing water for 15min or so until it has a chance to drian through the rain gutters. All and all this is a nice place to live. Ive never seen any of the bad things other people talk about in their review.
