Colony Apartments

I love the Colony! From: JCarey13 Date posted: 7/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   My husband and I moved to the Colony Apartments about a year ago from out of state. The complex was suggested to us by the University he attends and, not knowing anything else, we took their suggestion. We have not been disappointed. The Colony is a quiet, family oriented complex. The management has been like family, always friendly and helpful. While the units are a little older they have been well cared for. When we moved in our unit had a fresh coat of paint and new carpet. I have always felt safe here with the fire station next door and the regular drive thrus by the police. Our neighbors have been very friendly and quiet. The only reason we are leaving is because of the location. My job is on the other side of Dallas and traffic out of Irving in the morning is atrocious. We will miss the Colony very much and highly recommend it to others.
