Colony Apartments

Great For College Students From: guess127 Date posted: 8/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I rent this a townhouse at The Colony with a few roomates and, although we are college-aged students, we didn't have a problem renting here at all. The staff is nice and very patient with absentminded college students and they are very willing to do whatever they can to help and make the stay here easy and enjoyable. The townhouses are very large and perfect for a large number of people. The rent is extremely reasonable and is definitely the best you'll find in Irving for the amount of space. The buildings are on the old side, but the maintenance is great and very timely. Very safe & relaxed environment with friendly neighbors!
