Where do I start, Let me start by saying this, If you want trash, noisy kids, and parents who don't care to live near you this is the place to be. I have lived here since 2004, and this property has gone DOWN 100%. I am in the process of moving. My experience with management has been helpful, when I was deliquent on my rent, she did work with me, (more than once), but I do find that the property is less attractive then 4 years ago...It is the calibur of people that are now renting here, Affordable housing, Section 8, I don't know, but I do know that the kids are too much for me, they hang out from afternoon to dark! I have even asked parents to make sure their kids are respecting the complex rules YEAH RIGHT, it's as if I was talking to the kids themselves....Assistant Manager lives on site, IN THE FRONT, so has no clue on what is going on with the rest of the complex! It's time for me to go, I don't have small children, so I don't want to have to discipine any for tearing up trash, trees, bushes, and whatever else they can get their hands on....Again management is helpful when on site,other than that, don't even bother! I would not recommend this complex!
