The management company has changed over. But Honey, I have had problems from day one with this property. They have had a total of 3 owner/mgmt transfers within the last 2 years alone! I have had 3 water leaks with holes in my ceilings, trashed out property, noise level issues, parking issues. You name it! Stay away from this place! It is not worth the price.

You are so right about this place. The current manager Tasha hasn't done anything she has promised either. Another great group of property managers for this community. :-/
