The Crossings is a good and quiet place to live, just be careful with the managment. When I gave my move out notice they tried to force me to stay by changing my move out date on my contract (and this was all handwritten). When I brought it to the attention of the manager she was going ot force me to stay becaue my copy of hte lease, which they provided, was not valid. The copies of the lease they give are not valid because they do not have signatures on them so it makes it hard to justify the lease. Make sure that you request a copy of the lease that YOU SIGNED! Also I was charged for carpet stains that were not even there when I moved out. Even the manager stated that she was so blind that she wont be able to see them if they were actually there. The charges were those that the company that cleaned the carpet charged to THEM, thus the Crossings takes it out of your security deposit. The assistant manager gave me lots of attitude and rudeness when I requested copies of invoices. It is a nice and quiet place to live, but somehow the management thinks that you signed your life in blood when you lease with them
