I agree with you. Building 2607 at the crossings is the worst place in Texas. Over the years communities such as Knollwood, Oak Tree etc. have all become way better than the Crossings. I've lived here for around 2 years now - lived in building 2625 which was actually very very nice. But, just as soon as I moved into a 2 bedroon, I started to have maintainance problems. The new management is slow and full of crap. There is mold, mushroom, caterpillars, fleas etc etc. everywhere. They took 3 months to actually get my carpet cleaned and call the pest control and by that time everyone in my family was all red with flea bites. I think its high time a complaint is issued against the managemnt. They've recently started to put a little more efoort but the experiences I had are simply unforgettable. For those of you who are already on a lease, my advice would be to go straight to the maintainance man and ask him to fix things - he told me the management "FORGETS" things. My apartment has become an embarassment for me. I am scared of bringing guests in!
