I lived here back in 1994-1995.. The complex was well kept and very attractive.. It was easily one of the nicest on Walnut Hill , if not the nicest.. Management was pretty cool.. The office always had fresh baked cookies.. I never encountered any problems with my apartment except for this: Right after I moved in , some friends of mine told me to beware of the water being shut off very often.. I figured they were exaggerating , but in fact they were right on.. The water was shut off more often than at any other place I have lived at.. To this day I still cannot believe it!! To make matters worse , we would be notified only hours before the shutting off.. p.s. I had an efficiency and paid $347 a month..
