I have lived at Dakota Hill for a about 2 years. It has it's highpoints the location is fantastic, the floorplans are great, the people who live there are respectable and quiet.(I could not ask for better neighbors.)

One of the downsides is the parking..it stinks...we pay monthly to park our cars around $90(otherwise we would have to walk 5 mins to get to our apt) and when we have guests they often ask where the shuttle service is to/from there cars.

The management and office staff isn't the greatest ( my neighbrs agree with this too). The biggest complaint with the management is they don't care how long you have been there or how good of a resident you have been it is all about the money. But luckily I don't have to deal with them too often, only on rare occasion that something breaks or at renewal time.

Dakota Hill hosts alot of parties/events for there residents, I do enjoy living there I just wish they weren't so harsh at renewal time with increases.
