I had the most terrible stay while residng in Dakota Hill. The STAFF is so RUDE. Especially Jeanie and Fern. Jeanie, in which I honeslty and truly doesnt know why she is upholding a position as a manager. she really has poor management skills. She doesnt know how to advise her tenants with animals that dog poop does not belong in the grass. On the other hand when it comes down to paying rent Fern will loose your check and make you pay back the specials and the late fees and more. Fern will also send disturbing notices about vacating the premises about a freekin $1.00. Shayla the assistnat MANAGER who also has poor management skills ALWAYS looking at someones man. Parking is a total MESS. the have more covered parking then free parking. all free parking is located on the out scare of the apartments by the gate (Good place for a crook who is in need of a car). Electric is too damn high. Neighbors are rude as hell. If i could turn back the hands of time I would have NEVER moved there. If you are thinking about moving to Dakota Hill DONT DO IT!!!!! If you want excellent customer service go else where because you wont find it at Dakota Hill.

It is amazing to me that you need help in figuring out that YOUR dog's $hit does not belong on the grass! PICK IT UP!! Maybe if you own your own home, then let your animal crap everywhere! Maybe we should rub your nose in it! Maybe that would help you get a clue!!

First of all, may I recommend some spell-checking software? Next, I recently got a call from Fern to remind me to pay my rent to avoid a late fee when I had overlooked the due date. I once accidentally had a check bounce while I was out of the country. Jeanie was totally understanding, allowed me to correct my mistake (on the 26th of the month!), and was very friendly throughout the entire process. I am in my second apartment here, and find this to be the best managed complex in which I have ever lived. Outstanding service!
