Whatever you do rethink about moving to this worthless place. The staff is rude. Especially the manager Jeane, the new business manager Lilly, and Victor the leasing agent. Victor doesnt know nothing. he just hired on a couple a months ago and the old veteran thinks he knows everthing. The thing he needs to know is how to speak English. Needless to say they got rid of Fern who always looses things and brought some smart mouth chick named Lilly. Dakota Hill staff are very unprofessional. Please make the smart choice and seek other opportunities with another property other than Con AM.

I did not live here, I just went in to view an apartment. I do not remember the name of the lady that showed me the apt (young black woman), but she was very rude. I needed an apartment fast, and they had one available 1 day after the date I needed to be in. I still said I wanted to look at the apt. Her response was are you sure it would work, because I don't want to waste my time showing you the apt.

I agree with you,too. I stopped by at Dakota while I was searching for the apartment. Victor gave me prices for the each floor plan, but he really didn't seem like he was interested in showing me the models or anything. I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed, and that's the reason why I never went back there.

I feel the same way, Iwent in to look at the apartments, and the staff was rude, they showed me and my friend some high priced apartments, and i guess they figured we did notlook like we could afford it, so that was all they did, we just left. And we won't be going back!!!!
