The apartment manager and business manager at this apartment started off friendly and courteous, but after the contract was signed and we moved in, they started changing thier story and agreements. When directly confronted they were outright dishonest about the agreements that they had made to get us to sign a lease. Although the apartment is OK, the lack of integrety of the staff makes this place a absolutely terrible place to live. There's enough nice apartments in the Irving area to pass on this one.

I absolutely agree. Even the management company ConAm is quite rude and not at all willing to help in any matter. After the numerous recent break ins, I took up the issue of having a security camera at the gate(Which we were told at the begining that they had it) and now Lily at the front office says that they used to have them 2 years ago but not anymore but Genie at ConAm says that they never had them at all. Their stories do not match. They would do anything to have you move in......but once you do, then you are on your OWN!!!!!
