I moved in here June 2006, didn't have any problems so far. Only problem with this is PARKING sucks. If you work late there is really no parkings. The sinks smells every 2-3 weeks. I would have to pour Bleach just to clear out the smell. Thank God I live on the 4th Floor, wondering how the other 3 Floors smells like. If my sink smell, how awful are theirs'' Other then that it is a good place to live.
