I have lived here since June 06 and I have mixed reviews.... Another review wrote that the sinks smell every few weeks and they do. The apartments are very poorly insulated.... my electric bill was $200 plus for both December and January. You can feel a draft when you pass the windows. I don't think their sprinkler system is very efficient either. There seems to be constant rivers of water in the parking lot.
The parking is also a downfall. I ended up paying another $50 for a garage in addition to $1,070 for rent and the high electric.
There have been a few noisy neighbors but overall the building and area of community where I am is very quite. I will also add that I do feel safe living here.
