I know people say that they feel safe living here but that's until your apartment gets broken into. Lately, there's been a lot of break ins and people have came home to find their doors unlocked. That happened to us and I don't recommend living here. I can't wait til our lease is up. The staff is rude and snobby but where can you find decent people in sales' Rarely, you'll see someone's who courteous/kind. The sink does smell and I'm thinking it's possibly because the apartments may have been built on top of a sewage site. If you go along Ranch View you can smell it even worst. The apartments are not well taken care of. There's dog poo everywhere.
