I am a current resident and I choose my apartment according to the location of the so called "open parking". It seems as though almost everyday I come home there is no place to park. The weekends are horrible, I have drove around for 20-30 minutes a time trying to find a park. I refuse to get a reserved park because I don't think it is necessary. There are several vehicles taking up space that seem to be abandon. If you choose this property please be aware of the parking and know that some nights you will not have a parking space. I have had to park at the office in the past. There is a towing company that will gladly tow your car and charge an outrageous price to get your vehicle back.
