I recently moved out of Dakota Hill Apartments because I bought a house. During my time at the apartment I was very happy with the service. My apartment was well maintained and it was the right value for the price I was paying. The office staff was always helpful when I came in the office to rent movies and pick up packages. I know that the complex is large and there where times that minor items were overlooked, but overall they were great to my wife and I. BTW- The roofs were all replaced now and the place looks great!
