I have lived at Dakota Hill for over a year and have enjoyed every minute of it. The maintenance people are great and they will even respond late at night if there is a problem. The staff is very helpful and nice and always give a warm welcome when I walk through the door. The apartments are close to everything, shopping, jogging trails, etc. The only reason I am moving is because we are buying a house. The memories I have made here are irreplaceable. My advice to anyone having issues with anything, take a breath, because the problem can be solved! Oh and if you want guaranteed parking...RENT A Carport!
