I'm a current resident at Dakota Hill and wanted to say what a great job the managment and maintenance teams do! Every one in the office is always ready to help and always does everything in their power to get a problem solved. Their best quaility is their complete sense of honesty. They do not give you a song and dance about anything and always tell it how it is. Not only that, but my apartment is gorgeous. The floor plan is spacious and very well laid out, and I have an actual laundry room! Way to go, Dakota Hill Team!
