This apartment sucks...

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I'd been lived this apartment for two years until moved to other apartment. First time when I moved into this apt. There seemed to be nice and had no problem except for parking space. If you don't plan to buy covered parking or garage to keep your parking space because there are more paid parking space than free space. That was fine with me for the first year. Then, the company raised monthly about $50 from the previous rent when I renewed the contract. That was also fine with me. However, one day I noticed that my car was gone. So, I contacted the management that night. But, nobody responded my call.I was assuming that the towing company had towed my car. The next day morning I went to the office to find out what's going on. The people who work for the company said that the towing company had my car because my registration tag was expired. I didn't know because I hadn't driven my car for two monthes because I had another car that was my wife's. That was really ridiculous because they didn't even give me the notice. They insisted that the sticker on the windshield was the notice that the towing company provided and that was legal. However, I found out that the law stated that the company must provide the notice in person. When I brought the paper that showed about the towing regulations to the office, they said that they would contact me within a couple of days. They never called me. Also, the staffs who worked in the office always forgot whenever I asked for fixing something in the apartment. They forgot to put on notice. I totally don't recommend this apartment. You will notice what I've been through if you move into this apartment soon or later. I am glad that I moved out from this apartment right now because one time when I asked when was due for my contract the lady told me that my contract would be expired at the end of Dec. 2008. But, suddenly they sent me the notice at the end of Sep. that said my contract was expiring at the end of Oct. Anyway, I hope that people who want to move in this apartment are careful before deciding to live there.
