I lived here 15 months and moved to different apartment and realized that I wasted 15 months. Should have moved earlier.

Pros:
a) Safety thought there had been cops twice during my stay and also ppl use shortcut to move from adjacent townhome.
b) Quite
c) The blond girl that last reviewer mentioned she is nice otherwise rest staff would hardly listen to you except you had not leased

Cons:
a) Parking is biggest problem
b) They charged me $400 after moving. They will try to suck each and every cent out of you for dumb reasons.
c) Near to 635 so too noisy but they gave it as one of their asset.
d) Electricity bills are higher

Just my 20 cent, their are far better apartments available esp at valley ranch.
