I'm a current resident of Dakota Hill. It has been very hectic that people working at the leasing office are not very nice. To many mistakes so far-just expect to debate about your rent all the time and other fees. They keep changing the price and ask residents to pay more. Make sure to have a written down price for your rent and other necessary fees. When they write down the price, also make sure to have their initials on the contrats.
