I lived at this complex for just over a year. When I first signed the lease it seemed to be a very clean, and well-planned community. I even asked several tenants about their experience living there and they seemed to really enjoy it. With this being said, I decided to lease with Eagle Crest. Their staff is very un-professional, and the community is filled with government need based renters. Meaning it was an environment where at Saturday 8:00 a.m., I could hear someone?s stereo blasting loudly. It seems to be a nice, clean commounity, but make sure and visit in the evening - it turns into a different place - I really mean this. Kids are playing everywhere, I almost hit some of them since they are playing in the streets, and trash is not picked up as often as needed - meaning the dumpsters would overflow. Often times my checks to the complex would get mis-applied to either the wrong account (since they have identical apartment numbers in each phase) or they would divide my check to apply some of it on my rent, and the rest to my water bill. It was a constant battle, and I really had to pay attention to what was being paid or in this case, not being paid. In addition, they will try and milk you for every dime you have. A neighbor mentioned that he lost his job and could not afford to live there anymore, Eagle Crest said that he would have to pay so many fees, and give three months notice, that by time he paid all of their fees, it equated to the cost of the rest of his lease term. There is nothing really positive to say about the complex and this is very unfortunate. I would DEFINITELY not recommend this complex. PLEASE AVOID.
