Disorganized and inconsistent staff.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Problems throughout entire time in apartment, and maintenance rarely fixes thr problem. Front office people are difficult to deal with and very unreliable. I never wanted even to walk in there. I will advise others against living here.
