No real problems, nice people, nice apartments

My husband I have lived here for over 1 1/2yrs. For the most part we have really been happy at Eagle Crest. We did have a problem with a member of the maintenance staff coming into our apartment and locking our dog in the restroom for the entire day, after we specifically asked him not to enter our home while we were not in.
When we went to the apartment staff they were very understanding and concerned about our situation, and really made an effort to make things right. By the way, the maintenance man who entered our apartment is no longer an employee. The former manager, Karen, was a really service oriented person. It was because of the professional way she empathized and handled our concern that we remained so pleased with Apple. Cona, the current manager is also very easy to work with.
On one occasion, when we were a day late with our rent payment, Cona waived all late fees, and was very considerate about the issue in general.
The only word of caution that I have to new residents is to keep really good records of what you pay to the apartment complex. We have had to take copies of cleared checks (on more than one occasion) to prove that we have paid our water bill. Now that there are added charges for waste, I bet they will have even more record keeping issues.
